Our qualified surveyors can provide detailed timber reports covering all types of timber infestation, usually called Woodworm, along with the repair method and costs if required.
Costings
Costings are for the works and installation by directly employed and trained staff and the repair of structural timbers is covered with methods available to repair timbers in situ, so holding costs down.
Qualifications
As PCA members we have qualified Timber, Damp and Waterproofing surveyors, CSRT and CSSW qualified. This membership and qualification are accepted by all lending sources.
