Welcome to Active Services

Active Services have been Property Preservation Specialists since 1986, operating within a fifty mile radius of Tavistock in West Devon. We undertake work on residential and all types of commercial, listed buildings and properties of particular architectural merit. We have faced most of the common problems - and some less common.

Our specialist treatments range from dealing with the Wood boring Beetle, Wet Rot, Dry Rot, Rising and Penetrating damp to undertaking external repairs and even creating new living space for you in lofts or basements.

Our extensive experience has taught us how to work with maximum efficiency and minimum disruption at the lowest possible cost to you.

If you have need of our services, and as I have said above, most householders do at some time or another, you will be assured of a speedy, efficient and economical service. Much of our work, both residential and commercial results from referrals by Professional Chartered Surveyors and others who have come to rely on our skills.

As many of you will know, often the first time you become aware of any problem is after a disappointing mortgage valuation report or structural survey. The bad news probably came as a shock.
